So lately we’ve been getting a lot of emails that are referring to us like we are actually Travis! Remember that we are NOT Travis! We are just a fan site for him, and the people who run this site do not personally know Travis and can not personally contact him/NLT in any way. So make sure if you want to say something to Travis, comment/message him on his Myspace or on his Facebook.

Hey everyone! It’s Mei. Sorry that there has not been much updating lately, I have been real busy with moving to my new apartment. There has actually not really been much to update, so thats good! But I hope that all of you NLT fans voted for ‘She Said, I Said’ to be nominated on MTV’s VMAS! =) Guess we’ll just have to wait and see what happens!

Travis posted a poem in a blog he wrote called ‘The Apple’ on his alter ego, music Myspace. Personally, I love it; it shows a creative and poetic side of him. He’s such an good writer. Travis just amazes me with this poem. Click here to read it or see below:

The Apple.

i’m tired of watching the same old thing.
i’m tired of searching inside my brain.
i’m tired of hearing the same old jokes.
i’m tired of mirrors.
mirrors & smoke.

the smiles they fake when they say hi.
their expectations. the fake reply.
the judgement that they pass on me & on you..
i will admit, that tires me too.

the makeup they wear to hide their face.
the routine that they run, and then retrace.
emotions suppressed, smiles forgotten.
the real that they hide under the fake.
the core is sincere, but the apple is rotten.

i guess they’re writing the script as they go
i guess they expect an audience of me
but don’t give me a ticket that i didn’t buy
for a show that i didn’t pay to see.
